About the Project
In just two months, we reset a tired resale apartment with a “rental” feel into a bright, clear family home for people starting a new chapter in Dubai. Thanks to Vastu principles, improved proportions, and ergonomic decisions, the apartment stopped feeling temporary and began to feel grounded and orderly.
Context
A family with a young child moved to Dubai and discovered that their resale apartment, although formally “move-in ready,” was outdated in finish quality, engineering, and daily-use scenarios. They wanted a bright, harmonious interior aligned with Vastu and ergonomics, where life could begin immediately without the feeling of a stopgap solution.
Object and Task
A 127 m² three-bedroom apartment in Creek Harbor for a family with a six-year-old daughter that moved to Dubai in July 2025. The resale apartment had a developer finish and furniture and had previously been rented out; the project shifted from home staging to a full renovation after an audit.
Completed Works
Turnkey renovation completed within three months, with on-site realization in two. Layout and detailing shaped by Vastu, spatial proportion, and ergonomics: a wide headboard with side tables, wall panels for the bedroom desk, and an extended partition in the entrance. A light interior stripped of decorative overload.
Result
The apartment moved from a tired rental shell to a real family base in Dubai. From the widened bedroom composition to the fully formed entrance hall that no longer drops you “straight from the door into the kitchen,” every intervention increased the sense of order and belonging. The result is light, calm, and deeply domestic without relying on cosmetic staging tricks.
