How we manage your project while you manage your business
Working with Verta Design is structured into stages that help you move from the first meeting to procurement and design supervision without unnecessary stress.
Everything starts with a first meeting where we discuss your wishes, project goals, and timeline. The meeting takes place at the agreed time, online or in person.
Next, we sign the contract and prepare a detailed brief to define the scope of work and project expectations.
At the agreed time, the measurement specialist visits the property and takes the required measurements and photo records using professional equipment.
At this stage, you receive two or three functional zoning options with furniture layouts. After the final option is approved, we move to the volumetric model of the space.
Here you see your future interior in detail: we select finishing materials, furniture, lighting, and sanitaryware. At this stage, the overall style and concept are formed around your wishes.
The implementation stage usually takes from six months for apartments and from one year for country houses. We recommend qualified companies and teams you can contact.
This stage runs alongside renovation works and includes monitoring the design project implementation and supplying the site with materials, furniture, lighting, and decor. We stay in contact, hold regular meetings, provide reports, and keep ongoing video records of renovation progress in the Telegram group.
