About the Project
We transformed a standard developer-finished one-bedroom apartment into a calm, mature home for a hard-working couple who wanted to return to a space defined by order and ease. The neoclassical interior, built around a soft greige palette and carefully placed accents in lighting, decor, and art, feels current today and is designed to stay relevant for years, making the apartment comfortable now and market-ready for a future sale.
Context
A young family of entrepreneurs who had moved to Dubai found themselves living with a generic developer finish that did not reflect their lifestyle or support a future housing upgrade. They wanted a calm, high-status interior that would not feel dated after five years and would allow them to sell the apartment easily when they were ready for the next step.
Object and Task
An 85 m² one-bedroom apartment for a young entrepreneurial family that moved to Dubai in 2023. The property came fully finished by the developer, including sanitaryware and furniture, and required a full turnkey renovation in a greige neoclassical style with vivid accents in art, decor, and lighting, designed to remain timeless for at least five years and support a future resale.
