About the Project
This apartment became the couple’s personal city-suite: after a theater performance or a late dinner, they no longer need to drive back to the country. They simply return upstairs into a space that wraps them in calm tones and tactile finishes.
Context
A middle-aged couple living in a country house were tired of ending every evening with a long trip out of town after work, theater, or concerts. They wanted a city retreat: an apartment where they could return late, sleep well, and feel not like they were in an office or hotel, but in their own quiet urban home.
Object and Task
An 80 m² business-class apartment in the Life Varshavskaya development for a married couple. The task was to create an enveloping grey-beige interior built with contemporary materials.
Completed Works
Interior built in layered greige tones with smooth transitions between color and texture. Use of marble, wood, 3D gypsum panels, moldings, and decorative plaster.
Result
The apartment became a true urban refuge rather than a mere overnight stop. The layered tones and tactile materials create a protected cocoon, while noble finishes add a quiet sense of status, making the space feel fully residential, soft, and worth returning to again and again.
